Settle Cyprus is a digital self-service platform that provides administrative guidance, checklists, and form automation for individuals relocating to Cyprus. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with information retrieval and form generation. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice.
The information provided by the Platform is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or immigration advice. Immigration laws and procedures in Cyprus may change. Always verify current requirements with official government sources or a licensed immigration lawyer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Settle Cyprus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: immigration application rejections, missed deadlines, incorrect form submissions, or any other administrative outcomes.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund — no reason needed, no conditions. Email us and the payment is returned to the card you paid with. This does not limit your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
To request a refund, email viltsu.myllyniemi@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain why. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
While we strive for accuracy, the AI assistant ("Cypro") may occasionally generate incorrect or incomplete information. Always verify critical information with official sources. The AI is trained on available documentation and may not reflect the most recent regulatory changes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
